Orientator & Air cleaner  
Bottle design has evolved for better marketing.
Invariably these designs require bottles to be orientated on a
production line. Cost-effective bottle orientators will help your
production line to still be efficient and allow you to also achieve
a cost effective marketing innovation.

Packon RAC ( Rotary Air Cleaner ) model are equipped with
an air filtration unit, an air ionizing unit, an air blowing unit,
a vacuum suction unit and a dust collector. Laminar ionized air
blows along the bottle inside surface.

This airflow sweeps the dust that adheres to the bottle surface
as a result of static electricity.
A vacuum suction collects the dust and sends it to the dust
collector.
Unscrambler

Simple and compact designed PUB Series ( side belt type ) can be
adapted to almost all plastic bottles. These machines have high
capacity and reliable performance. Modular design assists with
quick changeovers, easy operation and low maintenance.

Case packer  

Packon CPD model is an economic solution for the cardboard
packaging of one or two configurations.
Options include the "simple drop" or the "pick and place" versions.
These options are dependent on the size and shape of the bottle.

Palletaizer
  Robot palletizers have been widely user due to their flexible applications. Through our experience dealing with a diverse range
